Shipping/Tracking

  • At GritX, we're committed to providing a great shopping experience. That's why we ship all orders by 3 pm central time on the same day they're placed. Most of our items are shipped out the same day they're ordered, but if you need something that's not in stock or in a specialty girt, you'll be notified before your order ships.

  • We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been received, along with updates on the status of your order. You will also receive an email notification when it is shipped so that you can keep an eye on its progress. If you have any questions about your order, please let us know at sales@gritxindustrial.com.

  • We provide many UPS shipping options, so you can receive your packages in a manner that fits your schedule.

Payment

  • GritX accepts all major credit cards. We do not offer term payments at this time.

  • The shipping cost is calculated by your location from where the products will be shipped in Michigan, along with the weight and amount of items purchased. You will receive shipping costs at checkout.

Return Policy

  • All orders through GritX are final within reason. In the event you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 30 days for a Return Material Authorization number. The RMA will be issued from the manufacturer for return and evaluation.

    Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it will be evaluated for quality and damage. If no replacement can be made (due to discontinued items), we will issue you a credit on your account equal to the original purchase price of the item(s), less any applicable restocking fees and shipping charges (if applicable).

    If your order was placed using a promotional code, any discounts provided by that code will not apply to your order after its return.
